Not entirely 4stars but cousy
Although the hotel lacks all the facilities that in my oppinion all should by provided by a 4 stars facility, the personnel tries (and for most of the times succeeds) to cover all the unconveniencies.

weiter zu empfehlen!
Nette Umgebung, leider mit wenig Schnee- Pech gehabt.
Super Service, alle Angestellte sehr bemüht; Mahlzeiten absolute Spitze- besser als in vielen 5* Hotels! Kann (und möchte) weiter...
... zu empfehlen!
Als Sporthotel etwas zu wenig Sportangebote im Programm.
